HOUSE RULES

Our home is a non-smoking environment as well as common areas. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. We are sorry but pets are not accepted. Punta Gaviota has a rule that prohibited animals outside and inside of the apartments. We do not accept visits and the appartment is maximum for 6 people. We do not accept young people in a party plan. Please don't hang towels or clothes in the balcony. Kids from 2 years old until 16th tears old are considered children. Babies less than 2 years old don't pay if they sleep in the same bed as parents. We ask for a guarantee deposit of USD $ 500 refunded at check out if nothing is missing and there is no damage in the apartment. In high weeks (new year) we only accept minimum 7 days bookings. The minimum stay length is for 3 days. Check in starts at 4;00 pm. Checkout Instructions : We kindly ask that you check out of the apartment before 10am. This will ensure that we have time to properly clean the apartment in preparation for other guests checking in. Let us know if this is going to be a problem and we will try to make arrangements that better suit your timeline. Please let us know in advance your exact checkout time to ensure our presence to give you the security deposit.
